This page explains what this website collects when you visit or buy, and the choices you have.
This site has no accounts or comment sections. It has a few short forms, described below. None of them ask about your health or your sleep, and we do not collect or store health information about visitors. Please don’t include health details in the free-text boxes; anything you type there stays with us and is not shared with advertisers.
Purchases. Checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email address, and payment details to process the order and email your download. We receive your name, email, and order details from them; we never see your full card number. Their privacy policy is at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. Buyers are also added to our email list for occasional sleep tips and offers; every email has an unsubscribe link.
Advertising measurement. We use the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It sets cookies and sends Meta information such as the pages you view, buttons you click, a completed purchase and its amount, your IP address, and browser details. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you. When a purchase completes, the order details (amount and order ID) may be sent to Meta from our server as well as from your browser.
Our own usage log. The site keeps its own log of how it is used: pages viewed, buttons clicked, how far down a page you scroll, which ad link brought you here, whether you are on a phone or a computer, and your country. Your browser gets a random ID, stored on your device, so the steps of one visit, and a later return visit, can be grouped together. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it. The log does not include your name, does not store your IP address, and holds no health information.
Email signup. If you ask for the free checklist, we keep your email address and, if you give it, your first name. We use them to send occasional sleep tips and offers, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We store them ourselves and do not send them to Meta. We also note which page and ad link you signed up from.
Other forms. After a purchase, the thank-you page may ask an optional multiple-choice question, such as what nearly stopped you from buying, so we can improve the site. The review form collects a star rating and, if you choose, a comment, your first name, and an email address for a reply; we quote a review on the site only if you tick the box allowing it, and then with your first name only. The refund form collects the email you used at checkout, your reason, and, if you choose, your order number and a note, so we can find your order and refund it through Lemon Squeezy.
Everything sent through these forms is stored by us with the random ID described above. Meta is told only that a signup, answer, review, or refund request happened, with the star rating or the number of the option picked. It never receives your email, your name, or anything you type.
Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it serves them.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the Meta Pixel does not load for you. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account. The site works the same either way.
We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing data with Meta for advertising may count as “selling” or “sharing” under some US state laws; the Global Privacy Control signal is how to opt out. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
